Hansen throws in the towel

(Getemjames! news)-- Los Feliz, Los Angeles.  Alas, the bell has struck on the final hour of our beloved James Mckinley Hansen's 7 year stint in Los Angeles.  Friends of the man twilighting in his 25th hour gathered together to send him off with a proper farewell party.  Hansen now set to wander the entire country, crossing 10 states on his way back to Michigan parted with some touching words.  When asked, "what has LA changed in you?" James quickly responded, "Now, I love Mexicans."  He added, "I love Koreans, Filipinos, Jews, Mexicans, and you... Vance."

The night was festive including a breathtaking (literally) solo rendition of Depeche Mode's seminal classic "Somebody" by Jocelyn Cofinco, a doltish exhibition on how to spill an entire plate of greasy chicken bones and pork scraps on a Missoni print Kartell dining chair by Mychea Xiong (wasn't even Cassiah), and even an epic draft of the entire Chargers offense by Elliott "YUUUPPPP" Soriano.

It can be said that the past 7 years like most fleeting moments has been nothing short of bitter sweet.  In a span of 5 years James has travelled the globe.  From Tokyo to Rome, James has been around the world tasting Korean BBQ and soju.  "Why would you go to Rome to eat Korean BBQ?" you might ask.  Your guess is as good as ours.

James also spent a fair amount of his time sitting in his favorite place in Los Angeles.  It has been well documented that James enjoyed sitting on his couch watching TV instead of interacting with humans beings.  This special time spent alone in his one bedroom apartment, loving called the "Masterbatorium," will never be forgotten.  Good times, James.  Good Times.  The title of "Reign Man of TV Quotes" belongs to you, buddy.

Karaoke-- clearly these people don't know James at all
Though much of the past number of years has been filled with heartaches, headaches and a lot of disappointments, we (your friends... and Elliott) wish you nothing but happiness in the next chapter in your life.  From the big city bustle to what can best be described as midwest meandering, we pray that your journey home will be fulfilling.  Don't forget to send us some jerky and sausages-- no homo.
Chicken-- too good to fight it.

Love you bro-- mucho homo.
